A powerful, visually rich Pomodoro / Focus Timer desktop application designed to

improve productivity, consistency, and deep-focus habits.

This application runs entirely offline and provides a distraction-free

environment for Focus and Revision cycles with detailed analytics.

2. FILES (AUTO-CREATED FILES BESIDE EXE - (Generates graphs - Analysis button)

The following files are automatically created in the same folder as the

Pomodoro executable:

✅ "focus_stats.json"

- Stores session history, rounds completed, and focus durations

- Data is locally encrypted (for integrity)

✅ "data.key"

- Encryption key file used internally by the application

Optional generated files:

✅ Exported session logs (.txt)

✅ Exported analysis reports (.pdf)

NOTE:

1. Do NOT delete these files unless you want to reset all statistics.

2. Deleting "focus_stats.json" will reset all focus history and counters.

3. These files are always expected to be located beside the executable.

3. MODES AND CONCEPTS

====================================================================

🔵 Focus Mode

- Intended for deep, uninterrupted work

- Default duration: 25 minutes

- Each completed Focus session counts as one round

🟢 Revision Mode

- Short recovery / review period after Focus

- Default duration: 5 minutes

- Does not count as a round

📌 1 ROUND = Focus + Revision

Minimum daily recommendation:

✔️ 6 rounds per day

4. SHORTCUT / QUICK ACTIONS

=====================================================================

- Start Timer → Start button

- Pause Timer → Pause button

- Reset Timer → Reset button

- Custom Durations → "Custom Durations" button

- Minimize App → "Minimize" button

- Restore App → "Back" button in Micro Window

5. MINIMIZED (MICRO WINDOW) MODE

====================================================================

When minimized, the application switches to a compact always-on-top window

displaying:

- Current Day and Date

- Digital Clock with AM / PM

- Current Mode (Focus / Revision)

- Decreasing progress bar

- Percentage remaining

- Restore ("Back") button

This allows continuous monitoring without occupying screen space.

6. USAGE - EXECUTABLE

1. Double-click the Pomodoro executable (.exe) to launch.

2. No installation required.

3. Works fully offline.

4. All data is stored locally beside the executable.

The executable is built using PyInstaller with all dependencies bundled

internally.

7. ANALYSIS & REPORTING

The application provides a built-in Analysis dashboard:

- View trends by:

• Day

• Week

• Month

• Year

- Graphs for:

• Focus hours

• Rounds completed

• Revision time

- Achievement indicators (visual markers)

Export Options:

✅ Export analysis graphs to PDF
