Oracle 23ai Installation on Windows.

Installation of Oracle 23ai free version of database on Windows environment.

1. Download the Windows Installer of Oracle 23ai from Oracle website.

2. Installation process needs preparation of Windows environment to comply with requirement for Oracle Database 23ai.

   We use Windows command line based icacls utility to perform the below steps.

   1. Disable inheritance of top directory in the installation path.

   2. Remove the Authenticated Users permissions from each directory in the path.
